| Experience Gifts Floating is a method of attaining the deepest rest that humankind has ever experienced. You'll be lying quietly in the dark, suspended in a solution of Epsom salts, about 10” deep and so dense you float effortlessly, or, in the case of the ‘dry float', you will receive a relaxing float on a warm water-filled bed. Get ready to experience the ultimate in relaxation - floating creates harmony and homeostasis in the body, balance between left and right brain, balance in the body's skeletal and muscular systems and balance between mind, body and spirit. The use of the tank will then be explained. You can float in the dark or you can keep the lights on; in some centres you can even watch TV. You can float in silence or you can listen to your choice of music. You can dream and contemplate or you can learn by listening to special tapes while you are floating. The amazing thing is that floating this way is not just pleasant, it's really relaxing. A floatation tank session removes the postural and contact loads from your body. Floating stimulates blood flow while removing stress. While your body relaxes your mind is refreshed. Need to know: -No Minimum age -No height or weight restrictions -As a guideline you should allow at least 3 hours to make the most of your visit to the Tower but there is no limit to the visiting time. -Cream tea is served in the Tiltyard Café between 10.00- 16.30. Unfortunately this is not a spectator experience - it's just for the two of you to enjoy! -Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and, therefore, has uneven surfaces. However, many of the staircases are wide and shallow. Most of the routes within the palace are accessible to visitors unable to climb stairs as there is a lift to take visitors to the State Apartments on the first floor. Please ask a warder for assistance. However, for evacuation reasons, only six wheelchairs are permitted on the first floor at any one time. As a consequence, visitors may occasionally have to wait or visit an alternative part of the palace. -Please note that the choice of cake included in the cream tea will be up to the value of 2.50 each.
